Refund Policy

1. Physical Products

We accept returns and refunds for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A refund will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refund.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Services

Refunds for services are handled differently from physical products.

  • Payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • A refund will only be issued if we fail to deliver the agreed service.
  • If the client cancels after work has started, no refund will be provided, but any incomplete tasks may be delivered in their current form.
  • If the service is completed and delivered, the payment is considered final.

3. Delivery Issues

  • If a product is lost or arrives damaged, we will either resend the item or provide a refund after verification.
  • For services, delivery issues refer strictly to failure to provide the agreed deliverables.

4. Contact

To request a return or refund, customers must contact us within the stated time with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
